APPLICATION FORMS AND DEADLINES It is the intent of the Trustees that application forms for the Clyde Russell Scholarship Fund will be generally available through high school guidance offices, financial aid offices in institutions of higher education, local libraries, and town offices in the State of Maine beginning in November of any given year. Application forms may also be obtained directly by writing to the Clyde Russell Scholarship Fund. Deadlines for applications will be February 1 of any given year.
